Care New England is requesting Holiday Cards and Entertainment Items for Covid-19 Patients

” Some patients may be spending part of their holiday season in the field hospital recovering, or at home in quarantine once discharged, and may need a little cheering up.”, said the Care New england Press Release. Cards for staff are also welcome! You can send cards, addressed to a patient or staff member, to Kent field Hospital (Attn: Todd Brothers), 100 Sockanosset Cross Road. Rhode Island 02920
Along with holiday cards, patients at the field hospital could use the following items: new or gently used books; new crossword, word search, Sudoku books; new or gently used phone chargers; tablets or iPads. All would be a great blessing to the patients! Anyone interested in donating any of the items listed above should email Jeremy Johnson at jhjohnson@kentri.org to set up delivery.
